Description
The Transformation Delivery – Associate Director is a senior program delivery role within DTCC’s Enterprise Transformation organization. The role owns end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise initiatives, translates strategy into roadmaps, coordinates project managers and workstream leads, manages risks and financials, engages senior business and technology leaders, prepares executive communications, drives change adoption, and mentors project management talent. The position requires at least six years of related experience, prefers a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and offers a hybrid model of three onsite days and two remote days.
