0G is hiring a Project Manager to drive execution across business, product, engineering, and other teams in a distributed environment. The role translates company priorities into project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes; establishes operating rhythms; coordinates stakeholders; documents decisions and action items; identifies and resolves blockers; tracks OKRs and KPIs; builds dashboards and reporting processes; and improves workflows and accountability. The position requires approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong project management and stakeholder skills, remote-team communication, and independent ownership.
