Description
The PDC Project Manager plans, coordinates, and delivers construction projects safely, efficiently, and profitably from kickoff through closeout. The role leads the project team, manages resources and labor plans, coordinates stakeholders, monitors risks and project performance, identifies scope opportunities, maintains project documentation, and collaborates with sales, supply chain, and estimating functions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of industry-related experience, proposal and estimation expertise, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel and work variable schedules.
