Description
The Janitorial Project Manager oversees day-to-day janitorial, parking, and maintenance operations at assigned facilities, including campuses, warehouses, office buildings, and airports. The role manages frontline staff and supervisors, supports hiring and onboarding, coordinates client relationships, ensures compliance with contracts and safety standards, conducts inspections and continuous-improvement initiatives, prepares operational and financial reports, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. The position pays $25 per hour and requires 1–3 years of facility, operations, or project management experience, including at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
