The Project Manager will develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC, plumbing, and process sales, and coordinate field labor and installation sequencing for projects. The role owns the project lifecycle from concept engineering and estimating through proposals, contracts, procurement, execution, budgeting, billing, and change orders, while coordinating internal departments and external stakeholders. It requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least five years of experience estimating, designing, or managing HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million. The position has no direct reports, requires 5–30% travel, and pays $110,000 to $147,000 annually.
