Description
The employer is hiring a Project Manager to take full end-to-end responsibility for one or more construction sites in the Balen region, from preparation through final handover. The role leads project teams and site managers, manages subcontractors and suppliers, controls schedules, costs, and budgets, prepares work and checks material purchases, ensures quality and safety compliance, and acts as the client contact during site meetings. A construction-related bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, a category B driver's license, VCA-VOL, and familiarity with PCs, Office, and drawing programs are required.
