Description
The client is hiring a Project Manager specializing in Phasing & Planning for its PPP unit. The role develops and manages execution-phase schedules and detailed phasing plans for complex infrastructure and roadworks projects, coordinates site activities and traffic flow, supports tendering, manages resources and productivity, mitigates schedule risks, and coordinates with public authorities, engineering firms, and PPP partners. Candidates need a relevant civil, industrial, mobility, traffic, or urban-planning degree and at least 10 years of on-site infrastructure phasing and planning experience.
