Description
The Project Manager will lead major general construction and property development projects in Brussels from early stages through final acceptance. The role owns financial management, income and expenditure, monthly reporting, forecasting, contract and legal oversight, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, schedules, delivery deadlines, and representation of the company with clients and third parties. Candidates need a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering in Construction and at least five years of experience in a similar role at a general construction company.
