Description
The role coordinates construction projects across Belgian locations, translating customer assignments into operational tasks and managing schedules, budgets, procurement, commercial closeout, invoicing, handovers, reporting, health and safety plans, workplace inspections, and start-of-work meetings. It also provides technical support during quotations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, 2–5 years of relevant construction-sector coordination or project-management experience, Dutch and French proficiency, a VOL-VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, a driver's license, and Microsoft Office experience; Navision knowledge is advantageous.
