Description
The Project Manager will oversee the technical, organizational, and financial aspects of an average of three to four construction sites, coordinating engineering firms, subcontractors, suppliers, and site managers. Responsibilities include project analysis, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, quality monitoring, handover, regulatory compliance, and reporting. The role is approximately 50% office and 50% on site, with considerable autonomy. Applicants need a master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of infrastructure, roadworks, or sewer works experience, and strong organization and communication skills; Navision, Excel, and AutoCAD experience is an asset.
