AECOM is hiring a Project Manager to lead highway and roadway projects in Ontario, California. The role oversees project objectives, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, risk management, quality control, regulatory compliance, documentation, stakeholder communication, and coordination with engineering, design, environmental, and construction teams. It also includes business development, client presentations, junior staff mentoring, and potential travel. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or another engineering discipline and at least eight years of relevant experience; a California Professional Engineer license and business development experience are preferred.
