Description
Ajax Building Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role coordinates field teams, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders; manages budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, risk, quality, safety, and project performance; and serves as the primary company representative in project communications and negotiations. The position requires at least five years of relevant construction project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, and preferably a General Contractor License.
