Description
The Project Manager will join the Talent Marketing team within Talent Acquisition and HR, reporting to the Head of PMO. The role manages intake and project coordination, operational workflows, approvals and compliance, team communication, onboarding support, event logistics, and ad hoc initiatives across Talent Brand & Experience, MarTech, and Marketing Strategy. It requires 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or process management, along with strong cross-functional, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. The position is based in Richmond or McLean, Virginia, lasts 7+ months, and pays $25–$32 per hour on W2.
