Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-3+ years of project management experience within industrial and electrical construction environments
Proven experience managing construction projects from kickoff through closeout
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of project financials including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control
Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field operations teams
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Strong working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation processes
Experience building and maintaining project schedules
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
