Description
AMPI is hiring a Project Manager to develop and manage projects related to raw-milk processing, secondary milk-product processing, business growth, process improvement, innovation, quality improvement, and safety. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets and cost tracking, performs cost-benefit analysis, supports capital-expenditure justifications, evaluates equipment and regulatory compliance, troubleshoots controls systems, and addresses food-safety and operational issues. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or a related field is preferred, while three years of related experience and prior experience in food and dairy manufacturing, project management, estimating, or design are required.
