The role owns program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance; leads cross-functional teams; manages plans, budgets, forecasts, resources, contracts, changes, risks, reporting, compliance, and subcontractors; and serves as the primary customer interface. Candidates need at least eight years of program or project management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, government-contracting and reporting experience, and an active Secret Clearance. Preferred qualifications include hardware, hypersonics, reentry vehicles, defense systems, and subcontractor-management experience.
