Description
ARCO is hiring a Design/Build Manager for its Pittsburgh office to manage the managerial and administrative aspects of design-build projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting and billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation. The role also involves preliminary concept drawings, value engineering, subcontractor selection, bi-weekly job-site meetings, and meeting customer expectations. Candidates need a BS in Engineering or a related field with a minimum 3.2 GPA, 1–5 years of design/build experience, strong decision-making and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
