Åre Municipality is hiring a Project Manager for its Projects and Investment Unit to lead municipal investment projects from investigation and planning through procurement, design, implementation, inspection, and handover. The role manages scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, budgets, teams, contractors, consultants, permits, documentation, changes, reporting, and project closeout, while also contributing to the unit’s development. Candidates need a relevant university-level education or equivalent experience, project leadership experience, and experience with construction, civil engineering, contracting, and technical infrastructure projects. The position is permanent, starts on 2026-12-01 or by agreement, requires a security clearance, and is subject to staffing and priority-rights conditions.
