Description
AssistRx is hiring a client-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementations for pharmaceutical manufacturers and specialty pharmacy partners. The role owns client implementations across AssistRx SaaS solutions, coordinates with cross-functional teams including Product, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, Data, Sales, and Client Services, and ensures compliant delivery in regulated healthcare environments. The position requires 3–5+ years of client-facing software implementation experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences, strong consultative and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile tools. It is a high-visibility, client-facing PMO role focused on patient access, prior authorization, and specialty pharmacy workflows, with no visa sponsorship available.
