The Project Manager will oversee diverse construction projects in education, administration, and healthcare, serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor. The role is responsible for safe and efficient project delivery, cost security, schedule adherence, and quality, while requiring a relevant degree, project management or project controls experience, knowledge of AHO and HOAI, strong communication and organizational skills, and German language proficiency for negotiations.
