Description
The Project Manager advises clients on requirements and solution approaches, develops planning concepts for building services systems in public and commercial/industrial construction projects, supports specialist site management, and takes responsibility for project costs, deadlines, and quality. The role also contributes to project acquisition and quality assurance. Candidates need an engineering degree or technician training, several years of building-project planning and execution experience, building-services installation knowledge, AVA software proficiency, and knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards.
