Description
Atera is hiring an Enterprise AI Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI engagements, from kickoff through UAT, hypercare, and production rollout. The role leads a delivery pod, manages project governance, preconditions, change requests, escalations, and customer relationships, and coordinates with enterprise stakeholders, AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams. It requires at least six years of project or program management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery, along with strong executive communication, commercial awareness, and willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements.
