The role manages large, complex clean-water pipeline projects from design through construction and commissioning, including NEC contract performance, cost forecasting, risk mitigation, multidisciplinary team coordination, linear infrastructure delivery, trenchless crossings, stakeholder engagement, and environmental compliance.
