Description

Ayr is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex high-voltage transformer, medium-voltage transformer, and substation equipment projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout. The role serves as the primary customer contact, manages schedules, budgets, risks, scope changes, and cross-functional teams, coordinates manufacturing and supply-chain activities in India, and supports transportation, installation, commissioning, and project documentation. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of project management experience in power transmission, distribution, transformer manufacturing, or electrical equipment
Experience managing large-scale capital equipment or EPC-related projects from initiation through completion
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, renewable energy developers, industrial customers, or data center operators
Experience with ERP, project management, and manufacturing planning systems
Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
Experience recognizing gaps, facilitating workshops, and building workflow initiatives from scratch
