Azumo is hiring a fully remote Project Manager based in Latin America to lead software development projects and personalized technology initiatives from inception through delivery. The role sits within the IT Delivery team and requires cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, hands-on management of multiple concurrent projects, Agile/Scrum/Kanban execution, budget and resource ownership, reporting/documentation, and use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Jira automation. The position requires 5+ years of software project management experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, professional English proficiency, and experience with Jira and Notion; prior software developer or technical lead experience is a plus.
