The role manages project budgets, contracts, financial performance, scope, scheduling, quality control, client relationships, proposals, stakeholder communication, and project teams. Candidates should have a professional degree in architecture or a related field, at least 10 years of architecture experience, and a strong background in project management and client relations; a licensed architect is preferred, but non-licensed individuals with significant experience are also encouraged to apply.
