Baker Tilly is seeking a Project Manager to join their Development Advisory (DA) team, specifically focusing on Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance. The role involves leading compliance efforts for projects aiming to qualify for IRA credits, facilitating stakeholder meetings, advising on compliance requirements, building client relationships, and supporting team documentation. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree and at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting capacity.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: 4-year degree
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years professional experience
Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of five (5) plus years of progressive related consulting experience, including at least one (1) year serving as a project manager.
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.
Experience with construction industry or labor compliance helpful.
