Balfour Beatty is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the low-voltage security and audio-visual scopes for the renovation and expansion of two historic buildings in Washington DC. The role directs and supervises contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, scheduling, project administration, operations, and close-out while supporting the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least ten years of commercial construction experience, and at least five years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
