Description
Bathhouse is hiring a Project Manager to support construction and build-out projects across new markets, including ground-up builds and renovations. The role coordinates contractors, architectural design teams, and location teams; tracks timelines, budgets, milestones, documentation, RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, bids, and financial updates; and helps resolve on-the-ground issues as projects move toward opening. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of construction project management or general contracting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort traveling to project sites. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 with medical, vision, and dental insurance available.
