BDO is hiring a Project Manager for its Digital Consulting team to manage end-to-end project lifecycles for cloud-based human capital management platforms, including Oracle HCM Cloud, Dayforce, and SuccessFactors. The role covers project delivery, governance, budgets, stakeholder engagement, solution design, change management, and coordination of internal, contractor, and vendor teams. Candidates should have five years of project management experience, including two to three years focused on HCM or HRIS implementations, along with experience across relevant HCM platforms, Australian payroll and employment legislation, data migration, integration, Agile delivery, and change management.
