Description
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex process-system projects, including engineering, installation, start-up, debugging, customer sign-off, invoicing, and payment. The role manages project costs and schedules, reviews customer specifications and purchase orders, negotiates engineering requirements with suppliers, prepares engineering drawings and parts loads, and coordinates with customers, suppliers, and field supervisors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of project management experience, knowledge of project management techniques and tools, and familiarity with electrostatic painting finishing equipment; local travel is required, with some projects requiring overnight travel.
