Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and sales. The role manages internal resources, component availability, production coordination, master schedules, change requests, quality-gate reviews, customer approvals, and post-project lessons learned. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical or supply-chain field, at least three years of project-management experience in discrete manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial technology, and strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
