Bounteous is hiring a remote Project Manager to lead digital projects, manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and deliverables, and oversee 2–3 direct reports. The role combines project management with Scrum Master responsibilities, client and stakeholder communication, process improvement, coaching, and performance management. Preferred qualifications include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, 2+ years of Agile experience, 8+ years of consultant or agency project management experience, digital project delivery experience, and familiarity with Agile, JIRA, CMS, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.
