Description
Brillio is hiring a Project Manager to lead Azure Cloud Operations and Support delivery across incident, change, problem, request, vulnerability remediation, automation, and platform governance workstreams. The role manages major incidents, root-cause analyses, post-incident reviews, ITIL-aligned service management, Azure automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives, stakeholder communication, vendor and cross-functional team delivery, and operational governance. It requires at least seven years of technical project management experience, substantial Azure Cloud Operations expertise, and proficiency with Azure, Terraform, Ansible, monitoring, identity, networking, patching, and ITIL processes.
