The Project Manager will plan, organize, and direct engineering activities for hydropower capital improvement projects across New York State. Responsibilities include managing design, specification, cost, construction, commissioning, tendering, budgets, permitting, field inspections, contractor coordination, cost control, and engineering records. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering, at least five years of progressive project engineering experience, knowledge of construction and contract administration, and the ability to travel within New York State.
