Description
The Project Manager will serve as the primary Government liaison for ASPR’s SWIFT operations and maintenance support contract, leading the project team and coordinating ASPR, ACF, and CMS stakeholders. The role manages cost, schedule, quality, risks, deliverables, contract performance, reporting, and compliance with HHS OCIO Enterprise Performance Life Cycle requirements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or management field and 8–10 years of progressive IT project or program management experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
