C.A.C. Industries is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead an MTA infrastructure project involving steel structure maintenance, abrasive blasting, industrial painting, steel repairs, and concrete or column repairs. The role oversees project execution, schedules, budgets, resources, safety, quality, subcontractor coordination, change orders, documentation, and reporting while collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and MTA stakeholders. The position requires extensive construction project management experience, preferably in transportation or infrastructure, along with knowledge of heavy civil practices, safety standards, construction software, and union or public-contract requirements. Compensation is $125,000–$190,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
