Description
CAA ICON is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the daily project management of a CDW (Civil and Demolition Works) project, including scope planning, supplier and consultancy identification, tendering, contract and procurement management, design coordination, factory monitoring, site integration, schedule and cost control, quality and compliance, and cross-functional coordination. The role reports to the Project Director and requires prior design, construction, or related-services experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with construction documentation and Microsoft Project and Excel, and fluency in English.
