Description
Catamount Constructors is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the financial success of building projects, coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors, maintain project documentation and schedules, manage purchasing and change orders, and support the Superintendent. The role requires strong organizational, communication, mathematical, and negotiation skills, at least five years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus merit, project, referral, and business-development incentives, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
