Description

Central Specialties, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee heavy highway and civil construction projects from bid award through final completion. This role requires a strong balance of field presence, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years of project management experience in heavy civil, highway, or infrastructure construction is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HCSS Heavy Job, or similar project management and estimating software.
Experience with Minnesota, North/South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, and Nebraska DOT projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
