Description
Chandos is actively recruiting a Construction Manager to lead mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects from initial concept through close-out. The role oversees full-lifecycle delivery, CM conversion, estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, contract administration, construction sequencing, site logistics, risk management, and client and subcontractor relationships, while mentoring project managers, coordinators, superintendents, and support staff. Candidates need at least five years of general contracting experience, three years in a direct project management role, a construction-related technical diploma or equivalent experience, and demonstrated CM conversion and construction-management expertise. The position offers a base salary of $102,000 to $145,000 plus a competitive bonus program, along with health, dental, vision, RRSP matching, educational assistance, and other benefits.
