Chandos is actively recruiting a Project Manager to lead mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects from initial concept and proposal development through final close-out. The role oversees full-lifecycle delivery, contract administration, construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, forecasts, risk management, tendering, CM conversions, and project close-out, while mentoring project coordinators and managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships. Candidates need at least five years of general contracting experience, three years in a direct Project Manager role, a construction-related technical diploma or equivalent experience, and demonstrated CM conversion and project-management skills. The position offers a base salary of $102,000 to $137,000 plus a bonus program, along with health, dental, vision, RRSP matching, and other benefits.
