Description
Christa Construction is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager in Rochester, New York to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role manages project operations, budgets, schedules, contracts, vendors, subcontractors, safety, documentation, and project staff, while providing leadership to Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and other team members. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of construction or related experience preferred; experience with wood-frame multi-family projects and OSHA 10 is also preferred. The salary is $85,000–$110,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
