CIMA+ is hiring a Project Manager to lead environmental permit and authorization processes for public- and private-sector projects. The role plans regulatory analyses, advises clients on regulatory strategy and risks, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages applications and regulatory communications, oversees budgets and timelines, supervises professionals and technicians, and supports HSE and business development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in the sciences or equivalent, relevant environmental legislation knowledge, at least 10 years of experience in environmental authorizations or impact studies, French and English proficiency, and occasional travel. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in a CIMA+ office and the possibility of working from home.
