CIMA+ is hiring a Project Manager to lead environmental authorizations and permit-related activities for public- and private-sector projects. The role plans and coordinates regulatory analyses, advises clients on regulatory strategy and risks, manages applications and multidisciplinary teams, oversees budgets and timelines, supports regulatory communications, and ensures environmental compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in the sciences or equivalent, at least 10 years of experience in environmental approvals or environmental impact studies, relevant knowledge of environmental legislation, and proficiency in French and English. It offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in a CIMA+ office and occasional travel.
