Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings is hiring a full-time Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate capital design and construction projects across New York City. The role serves as the key contact through scoping, design, and construction procurement; coordinates schedules and project history; liaises with contractors, DDC, and sponsor agencies; monitors budgets and completion schedules; and prepares change orders, correspondence, and reports. Candidates must be permanently employed in the Project Manager title or on the Open Competitive List, have U.S. work authorization, and meet the specified education and experience requirements.
