The role manages programs from initiation through closure, develops business cases and governance packs, leads cross-functional delivery across business and business technology units, manages steering committees and senior stakeholders, and ensures strategic benefits and delivery commitments are realized. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant strategic program or project management experience in banking or large enterprise environments, a bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and experience managing programs with board-level or C-suite visibility.
