Description
The Project Manager leads cross-functional capital and process improvement initiatives at the Rutherglen site, overseeing capital projects, cost estimates, vendor and contractor coordination, commissioning, safety compliance, equipment rebuilds, planned outages, and project documentation. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, operations, or a related field, 2–3 years of manufacturing or industrial project management experience, and regular on-site work in an industrial environment. The salary range is 80–85k, with occasional evenings, weekends, or call-ins during shutdowns, commissioning, or breakdowns.
