Description
Great States Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial construction projects in the Fargo market. The role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, including schedules, budgets, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, risk escalation, and project closeout. The position reports to the VP of Construction and offers health, dental, and vision insurance with an HSA, a 401(k) match, paid time off, professional development, and performance-based bonuses.
