Description
Commonwealth is hiring a Project Manager to serve as the client liaison throughout the project agreement, manage the internal project team, oversee proposal preparation, define scope, schedule, budget, financials, billing, and performance, approve invoices, participate in client presentations, establish project goals, determine staffing, and conduct lessons-learned meetings. The role requires at least five years of project management experience, strong utility and consulting industry experience, and at least five years of experience using project planning tools.
